We ship handmade physical products worldwide. Each order is custom-made and processed upon receipt.
4.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed once received through our website.
Standard production time: 7–10 business days before dispatch, depending on product complexity and volume.
4.3 Shipping Methods
We use trusted carriers, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, for international shipments. Depending on order size, items may be shipped via air or ocean freight.
4.4 Delivery Times
Minimum estimated delivery: 3–4 business days (including customs clearance).
Maximum estimated delivery: 7–10 business days (including customs clearance).
Exact shipping times are communicated to customers once the order is ready for dispatch.
4.5 Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped. Customers may use these to monitor their shipment status directly with the carrier.
4.6 Responsibility for Lost or Delayed Packages
We assume responsibility for lost packages during transit.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, governmental regulations, or force majeure events.
We ship all orders in 3-7 calendar days. Our shipping cost is a flat-rate based on the price of the order and are as follows.
For orders up to $75, shipping is a flat-rate of $8.
Fo orders between $75 and $250, shipping is a flat-rate of $12.
Shipping is free for orders that are $250 and greater than $250.
