Refund Policy

2.1 General Policy

All sales made through Artisan Heritage Co are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, as well as the complexities of international shipping, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

All items sold are made-to-order, handcrafted, and unique. As such:

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted.

  • Digital or physical chargebacks will not be entertained.

2.3 Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand the handmade nature of the products.

  • Variations in texture, color, or design are part of the artisanal process and are not grounds for refunds or disputes.

  • You accept that all purchases are final and binding.

At Artisan Heritage Co, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received an item that is wrong, defective, or damaged.

Reporting an Issue

  • Please inspect your order within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

  • If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@artisanheritageco.com.

  • When reaching out, include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution

  • Once we review your request, we will notify you of the next steps.

  • If approved, we will either:
    – Replace the item at no additional cost, or
    – Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not incorrect, defective, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable.
